Leadership Tip for the Week:
Many excuses given today are a form of denial, or distortion of information. Being a good leader is about accepting personal responsibility for our actions. Be transparent about your mistakes and admit them. If necessary, apologize and accept accountability. Do this and you will set an excellent example that others will see and eventually imitate.
Quotation attributed to:

“I attribute my success to this: I never gave or took an excuse.”
